Curtis Tokarchuk

Curtis brings nearly a decade of experience and relationships in the proxy solicitation and strategic shareholder advisory industry. He has guided some of Canada’s largest issuers towards successful outcomes at their annual meetings, on friendly and contested transactions, proxy contests, and hostile bids and bid defence. He has a deep understanding of shareholder engagement strategies, shareholder analysis, proxy voting infrastructure, and the institutional investor landscape that will add to Laurel Hill’s team of trusted advisors.

Prior to joining Laurel Hill, Curtis was a Senior Director in the Shareholder Advisory Group at a competitor, where he provided advice to recurring annual clients with a combined market cap value of over $125 billion, in addition to working on some of Canada’s highest profile special situations.
