Proxy Advisors Peer Submission Window

The proxy advisors have announced that they are now accepting executive compensation peer group submissions until early December. 

The proxy advisors will consider the issuer submitted peer groups when forming their own peer groups which will be used in their respective pay-for-performance models. The benefit to issuers of submitting peer groups is that the submission may influence the proxy advisor peer group construction and the pay-for-performance models may output results that are more favourable for the issuer and potentially mitigate a negative recommendation. 

ISS 

ISS is now accepting executive compensation peer groups from issuers in the U.S. and Canada with annual meetings slated to be held between February 1, 2023 and September 15, 2023. The window is open until December 5, 2022. Link below.

Glass Lewis is now accepting executive compensation peer groups from issuers covered by its research. The window is open until December 11, 2022. Link below.
