Alyssa Devers

Alysa joined Laurel Hill in August 2023 and is responsible for leading and driving the successful execution of client mandates. 

Alysa has 1 year of industry experience. Prior to joining Laurel Hill, Alysa held advancing positions at a competitor where she provided clients with advice and strategic implementation related to proxy contests, annual meetings, M&A transactions, and activist engagements. 

Alysa has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo with a specialization in Canadian Governance.
